Soap-free product mfg process: - Sieving powder material (35 - 80 %) & then blending it in a powder mixer/blender until a homogeneous powder phase is formed - Separately melting the anhydrous base material (5 - 28 %) selected from: plant oils, plant waxes, plant butters, synthe tic waxes, synthetic butters, hydrogenated oils, fatty esters, fatty alc., sorbitol esters, lanolin, silicone waxes, silicone oils & copolymers to form molten phase, adding fragrance & preservatives & then blending by stirring - Combining surfactant material (10 - 25 %) & molten phase, blending & adding powder phase - Mixing all phases in a blending machine until homogeneous & to fully form a finished bulk having plastic moldable textu re Compn is free of soap, gelatin, paraffin or mineral oil |
