Using fluid polymer suspension comprising cosmetic ingre dient & stable fluid suspension of - Water soluble polysaccharide selected from: Methylhydro xyethylcellulose, Methylcellulose; Hydroxypropylcellulose or Hydrophobically modified hydroxyethylcellulose - In aq carrier fluid comprising aq soln of salt in which poly saccharide does not swell Where the aq carrier fluid has the measured properties of - Rendering polymer(s) insoluble, resulting in cloudy disper sion - Limiting the swelling of insolubilized polymer(s), leading to a polymer sediment vol of 1-15% polymer dispersion - Preventing phase sepn for > one week |
