Method of producing fatty acid esterified propoxylated glycerin comprising - Reacting propoxylated glycerin (I) with triglyceride (II) at a molar (I)/(II) = 0.8:1 - 1.2:1 in the presence of catalyst in reac tion zone at 50-275C to form glycerin & prodt Wherein the glycerin is continuously removed from the reaction zone during said reacting by distn & said reacting is continued for time sufficient to achieve a degree of esterification of > 80% |
