Ready-to-use stable microemulsion cleaner having low VOC - Compd (1-25%) selected from: glycol ether, ethylene glycol - Non polar organic hydrocarbon solvent system comprising an organic compd which is not included in (a) selected from: aromatic solvents, aliphatic solvents & mixt thereof where VOC of solvent system is < 50%, based upon total wt of microemulsion cleaner, & the total amount of the sol vent system in stable microemulsion cleaner is 10-65% - (c) Ethoxylate of aromatic or aliphatic compd having a hy drophobic segment, where av MW of ethoxylate is 300- 3000 in amount sufficient to stabilize cleaner - (c) Primary amino alc. (0.1-10%) - (d) Water (10-60%) |
