| METHOD |
- As soon as pancreas dead donor is localized, patient & kidney live donor are hospitalized - First team prepares donor`s pancreas which takes 4 hours - Second team makes organ`s transplant - Third team starts to remove kidney from live donor, which takes 3 hours - After pancreas`s transplant`s end, starts patient`s prepn. to receive kidney - Donor`s kidney is removed & immediately implanted in patient - In whole, surgery takes 7 hours |
