Oil-in-Water emulsion having a viscosity (Brookfield RVT, Hclipath, Spindle TB, 5 rmp, 25C, 1 min) in range 10,000 - 40,000 cps & yield point > 50 dynes/square.cm (Brookfield RVT, Spindle CP52, Plate Code A. 25C), comprising - Mixed surfactant system (I) (5-50%) comprising (i) Anionic surfactant (II) (1-20%); (ii) Amphoteric surfactant (III) (1-20%) & (iii) Nonionic surfactant (0.1-20%) selected from alkyl poly saccharides, polyhydroxy fatty acid amides & PEG glyce ryl fatty esters - Insoluble nonionic oil (IV) (3-40%) - Saturated acyl fatty acids (0.5-6%) having 10-18 C length - Water Wherein (II) + (III) = 5-30% Wherein (II)/(III) = 1:5 - 20:1 Wherein (I)/(IV) = 10:1 - 1:3 |
