Polymist® F510 is a micronized PTFE additive designed to enhance the wear resistance and surface lubricity of melt processable engineering and high performance polymers. A Polymist F510 loading of 5% - 20% will typically reduce a polymer's wear factor by many orders of magnitude. Polymist F510 is a free flowing, easily dispersed powder and has performed well in a variety of extrusion feeding devices. It has a high degree of thermal stability, is non-hydroscopic and can be used over a wide temperature range from -190° C to +250° C. |
